Field notes
Why it belongs
Oddities shop, antique collection, folk-magic and esoteric retailer, bookseller, event space, and parlour-tea experience.
It combines objects, reading material, ritual traditions, retail goods, events, and tea in a way that resists classification as either bookstore, antique shop, metaphysical store, or café.
The store brings together curiosity-shop inventory and gathering-space programming. Antiques, oddities, books, ephemera, folk-magic material, unusual gifts, paper goods, and tea-related offerings share the same intimate storefront and event environment.
