Newell, WV
A Newell dinnerware outlet beside the factory where Fiesta is still made, with first-quality pieces, discounted seconds and reservation-based tours through the ceramic production operation and company pottery museum.

Factory outlet retail, discounted seconds, active pottery manufacturing, guided factory tours and a company ceramics museum at the Newell complex.
The approved Newell Factory Outlet sells first-quality Fiesta dinnerware, discounted second-quality pieces and changing outlet-only merchandise beside the company's active ceramics-manufacturing operation. Reservation-based factory tours, when available, last about an hour and can cover as much as 1.5 miles with stairs, uneven surfaces and noisy production areas; closed-toe shoes are required and children under 10 are not permitted. Tours can be canceled for operational or weather reasons and include the Fiesta Tableware Company Museum, whose displays span more than 150 years of company pottery. Major tent sales are separate special events, not the everyday outlet experience. The separate Flatwoods Outlet at 52 Skidmore Lane is excluded.
