Beckley, WV
A massive Beckley marketplace where West Virginia-made glass, pottery, woodwork, textiles, jewelry and food share a circular complex with a restaurant, Fine Arts Gallery, working studios, maker demonstrations and a theater.
Tamarack functions less like a normal craft shop than a statewide artisan department store crossed with a gallery, restaurant, studio complex and performance venue.

Large-scale artisan retail, Appalachian dining, fine art, working maker studios, live demonstrations and theater/event programming under one roof.
Tamarack Marketplace brings West Virginia-made goods from hundreds of juried artists and artisans into a large Beckley retail destination. Changing glass, pottery, woodwork, jewelry, textiles, fine art and food products share the circular complex with an Appalachian-inspired restaurant, Fine Arts Gallery and working studios. Visitors may encounter active studio work and scheduled or weekend guest demonstrations, including a resident glassblowing studio, but no particular maker, craft or demonstration is guaranteed. Scheduled hands-on glass sessions are availability-dependent and separate from ordinary shopping. An approximately 178-seat theater and substantial event and conference areas extend the property into a performance and cultural venue, though daily programming is not promised and display work is not automatically ordinary retail inventory.
