Farmstead dairy retail, kitchen and ice-cream counter, weekday production viewing and separately booked seasonal farm tours at one rural property.

Sassy Cow opened its farmstead bottling operation in 2008 on the Baerwolf family farm. The Creamery Store sells its milk and house-made ice cream along with Wisconsin cheeses, chocolates and other treats, while the Farmhouse Kitchen serves grilled-cheese-focused food and a milk bar. The creamery bottles milk and makes ice cream Monday through Friday, and visitors can watch through large viewing windows when work is underway; no particular batch or production step is guaranteed. Drop-in family tours run only in June, July and August and require booking. In September, advance-scheduled group tours for 15 or more are currently offered at limited Monday and Thursday times. Summer calves, other animals and children's activities are seasonal and are not promised outside that period.
