Goo Goo Chocolate Co. at 116 Third Avenue South is the brand’s downtown Nashville flagship. The store sells classic Goo Goo Clusters, changing bonbons, candy gifts and Nashville-branded merchandise while four Design Your Own kiosks let walk-in visitors configure a four-ounce custom bar. Chocolatiers assemble those bars in view, a process the company says takes about 15 minutes when demand allows. The flagship also handcrafts changing bonbon flavors daily and hosts separately scheduled chocolate-making classes. Goo Goo has distinct Gatlinburg and Nashville International Airport outlets; neither is included in this record or image.
